Laughter Yoga

Hey Everyone,

Laughter is spontaneous and contagious. You can catch it every time. It is the best way to challenge the hypothesis that we are in the full control of our behavior. Can’t stop it once you are infected. And unlike H1N1, it will make you happy.

Here’s another video from “A Certified Laughter Leader” since 2006, my Living Delicious friend Helena-Summer Medena of Hawaii, USA. who can laugh for no reason and lead the people!

Cheers,

Fred.

Love is …

Hey,

My Living Delicious friend Helena-Summer Medena of Hawaii, USA asked her friends on Facebook to complete this sentence “Love is …”

She says …

We talk about love so much… we need and want love… love is… when you guys respond and share your thoughts… that’s when I feel loved and cared for by you…

Watch the following video from Helena-Summer Medena in Hawaii, USA where she spreads a delicious energy whenever she shows up.

Do you feel good, glad, happy, and positive or do you feel sorry?

Learn why we all “love” to respond to her …

My response to this video from Helena-Summer Medena is: …

I’m sorry I haven’t had you as a friend for long but I feel good, glad, happy, and positively ecstatic that we are friends now! …

;-)

Cheers,

Fred.

Amazing Multi-Talented Facebook Women

Hey Everyone,

My Living Delicious friend Helena-Summer Medena of Hawaii, USA wrote this on her wall the other day:

“If you understand that you and every other thing in the Universe are connected, then you must also know that you’re not just living your life. You affect the whole universe with everything you do and you have no idea whether your affect is big or small.

… and the way we relate with each other makes a huge (and unique) impact

We are connected, look at Facebook, how crazy it is that people who would probably never meet otherwise have meaningful conversation, right here on this wall. And THAT is the impact I am talking about!”

I feel connected when I’m on Facebook and have made some very meaningful connections there, another one of which is with a novelist by the name of Rebecca Easton from Dallas Texas, USA.

Here are some thoughts from Rebecca Easton:

“My passion for writing is the product of my desire to engulf every human into a tale so powerful that it brings joy, sorrow and emotions so fraught with empathy that once my book is laid upon a nightstand the reader is left dreaming about the story.”

The Trophy Abyss by Rebecca Easton is the first book of a trilogy, and is the story about the main character Beverly White’s fierce determination to overcome her fear of rejection and build her life on her talents and gifts.

Here’s an excerpt …

Surviving is not being confident, brave or courageous. It is when you’re at your worst, when life happened to deal you a very emotionally raw hand. No matter what you do or think, none of your intellectual thoughts or physical strength can change what happened. Being a survivor is being able to pick yourself up at those times when it would be easier to die than breathe again. It’s being able to stand and face the world for the first time after your heart has been so damaged. It’s learning to forgive others and yourself. Survival is the desire deep within us to just be alive all the while keeping in hope that the pain will soon end.

Rebecca Easton says, “It’s really a novel about finding inner hope, and struggling to find value in yourself despite that it’s easier to believe the hyper-criticism that comes from being raised in a world filled with rage and un-forgiveness.”

Surrender, the next novel in this series picks up where The Trophy Abyss leaves off. This story is an explosive narration of what had happened in Beverly’s life when she was a small girl to leave her so fearful.

Rebecca Easton says, “Surrender is really about what true forgiveness is. You cannot experience what I have and look those people in the eyes with love in your heart without understanding that only real forgiveness can give you that gift.”

… and she goes on to say …

“It’s a heart warming story about coming to terms with the choices you’ve made in life and how those choices can affect your whole life. It’s about forgiving others, but this novel is really about learning how to forgive yourself and that is an action you’ll probably have to do many times in your life.”

A love of the craft of using words to express a powerfully dramatic event, situation or moment in time, is evident in the writings of Rebecca Easton.

Although I’ve never met either of these women, I’m so proud to call Helena-Summer Medena of Hawaii, USA, and Rebecca Easton of Dallas, Texas, USA, my friends on Facebook!

They are both truly amazing, multi-talented women!

Cheers,

Fred.

Disclosure Policy for Product Reviews
The Federal Trade Commission requires that I disclose any relationship I have between a product or service provider when I write about a product or service. Here are the guidelines I operate under at http://TeaseArticles.com:- * I am never paid to do a review. I never accept money to review a product or service. I invest my own time to review and test products and services. * I sometimes pay for the products and services that I recommend but occasionally I am sent a free copy of a product or service to review and test. * I do not claim that the experience and benefit I have received from using a product or service is typical and is dependant on many other factors that may influence other people’s experience and benefit from using the product or service. * If I create a link to a product in a review, or anywhere else on any of my websites, I may get paid a commission if you purchase the product or service. I believe these are good rules and practices for Internet Marketing. It’s important for you as a consumer to understand the relationship between a person reviewing the product or service and the product or service provider. If you don’t see a disclosure policy as part of a review of a product or service, that reviewer may be violating the law or at the very least the Code of Ethics.
